Lambros was born in 1986 and he grew up in Patras Greece. He is a very experienced captain, and his varied sailing career spans thousands of sailing miles in the Greek seas and the Mediterranean. His participation in various major sailing championships has equipped him with the right standards and discipline required.
Plus he is a licensed Yacht Master Offshore RYA /MCA, with work experience on superyachts for many years, sailing in all the high class waters of Greece and the Mediterranean. He knows very well how to provide a five-star service to his clients and that compromise is not an option.
Stasinos grew up in a small village in the Peloponnese near Kalamata, where the sea, the sun, and simplicity shaped his early connection with nature and the community’s life. The connection of the pure raw materials and the recipes from the past and tradition was the ones prompted him to engage in cooking as something natural.
Years later, he expanded his horizons in Athens, where he lived and worked in very high-level restaurants, and with almost a decade of experience in the industry, he sees hospitality not as a job, but as an act of care. Cooking is a sensory and emotional ritual, rooted in the freshness, seasonality, and quiet joy of sharing. He draws inspiration from both the earth and the sea, and the authentic traditional flavors.
